Paper airplanes

Parker taught his kindergarten class how to make paper airplanes.  We now have paper airplanes all around the house.  He makes some really good airplanes.

This weekend when  dad was visiting we went to Wahooz it was fun.

Living room forts

My kids really enjoy turning the living room into forts.  Here is one of their forts they made.

Play date with friends from school

We have made the decision to send the kids to public school this year.  We will miss all the friends we have made at school.  We enjoyed having a play date with some friends.  We went to the Discovery center and than they invited us to go ice skating.  The kids did so well.  They were both skating really well by the end of the 3 hours.  There were a few bumps and bruises and were a little sore the next day but they had a blast.

Play date at the zoo

I had the week off of work this week.  On Thursday we went to the zoo and the capital with one of Parker's friends from church.  We had a blast. 

Amy's dance recital

Amy did a great job in her recital this year.  She did jazz and tap this year.  Parker endured the 2 hour recital so he deserves to have his picture in there too.  Luckily he slept for a little while.  Amy is my little dancer. 

Summer bike rides

My kids love to go riding on the greenbelt downtown.  They also love to play in the water.  I tried to roll Parker's pants but they didn't stay.  He was a little wet.
